Ms. Latha KN, describes herself as ‘educator by profession and Counsellor by passion’. Hailing from education background, she has learned that there is dire need for proper guidance and clarity to choose the right career path that suits a students interest. She derives motivation and energy from her one and half decade long role as an educator and mentor for secondary school to undergraduate classes, strongly believes that it is the duty of every educator to help students to attain his/her goal and bring them closer to success in their career endeavors.

Latha, is a Post graduate in Commerce and Management and holds PG Diploma in Computer Applications on the academic line. She also holds two most valued Counsellor’s Certification from IDream Career, New Delhi and Green-belt certification from GCC, Univeriety, Hyderabad and UCLA Extension, CA, Los Angeles, US. To be a comprehensive career guide, she feels it is necessary to be trained to understand the psychology of adolescent minds. With this objective, she has successfully completed Well-being Volunteer program, conducted by Department of Psychiatric Social work, NIHMANS, Bangalore and also a certified Life skills trainer from NIHAMNS, Bangalore.   Adding on to her skills, being a contineous learner, she is also equiped herself as a trained Skills Coach.

As an Educational Entrepreneur, she started Career Drive in the year 2018, a Career Counselling Firm in Bangalore. The aim of the firm is to provide appropriate career guidance to students at affordable costs. Informed career decision is the sprout of the success tree.
